Pacifico makes getting your car cleaned as easy as possible for your convenience. All you have to do is schedule an appointment, pull into the Pacifico Mazda Service Lane, text or call our Detail Manager at 267-289-2506 when you arrive, and we'll come pick your car up and get to work! You are more than welcome to either drop your vehicle off at the time of service or wait in our brand-new Pacifico Mazda lounge, where we have free soft pretzels, drinks, snacks, Wi-Fi, and TV!

Our Detail Department is open until 5pm Monday-Saturday, but please note that the latest drop-off time to bring your vehicle in for a Detail Service is 2pm. We cannot guarantee that walk-ins will be completed in the same day; a scheduled appointment is recommended to guarantee same-day service. Please use our online scheduler to reserve your time and answer a few pre-appointment questions so we can best prepare for your arrival.
